first things first when you FTP your files
burn the disc like you always do i recommend a dvd with your C and E files + the Ndure files and also the eeprom.

if you dont have your Eeprom
if you have UnleashX , download and put the EvoX dashboard folder in c folder . start xbox and explore files go to folder and run default.xbe when loaded EvoX go to settings and backup .

ftp backup folder to pc harddrive. it schould be in evoX folder.

now create your new xbox Hd(from scratch) when it ask you to format the F drive dont format it just do No . if your hd is bigger than 130 gb it wil ask you to Format G drive , no to that 2. then just yes on C and E.
when done restart pc and go to Ndure folder. go top your script file and then option 1 and install ndure all over again on the new hard drive

when done . restart again and lock it. then place drive in your xbox and see if it works.

if you have trouble go to this site :

but follow my every move in this reply

Ps : this is just my way of doing it . it was a small experiment.
your risk.

message me if it worked or need some more help
