Hi all,

I've got 3-off old XBOX1's which were modded years ago and running old XMBC. I've decided to dust them down and use them as media players dotted around the house.

I've downloaded this new ( new to me ) 3.0.1 XBMC rar file and unpacked it.

I've then played around fixing IP's on the 3-off XBOX's and mapped FTP links to each.

Looking at all these units, they have 'EvolutionX' or Slayers EvoX installed. Two of them have C/D/E/F drives whereas one has extra G/X/Y/Z drives.

None of them seem to be able to map to my PC since I upgraded from XP to Win7, so I'm hoping this new XMBC4XBOX will fix that.

Here comes my problem. How do I install this new version ?
I can see in the E: drive there is an XBMC folder. What do I do ? just replace the contents of XMBC with the contents of the new XBMC4XBOX folder??

In actual fact, I'd prefer to open with XBMC4XBOX as a default app. Is that possible ?
