The name of the homebrew game is:

Beats of Rage Edd Ed n Eddy in Nightmare on Ed Street

It can be found on dreamcast iso zone. Can someone modify this in order to be playable on xbox?

I guess , since some non-official companies release homebrew games for dreamcast.

According to wiki:

As of 2011, the console is still supported through various MIL-CD independent releases
