Have you ever stopped to think about the world Megaman lives in? Consider the boss room at the end of every level. What exactly are the robot masters doing in there while Megaman is working his way through their level? How do they pass the time? Substitute yourself into that situation, what would you be doing? Do they read, listen to music, etc? Do you think they get bored staring at the walls? Do they live in that little room or is that just their office/workspace? If they just work in the little room, do they have to commute through their own level everyday like Megaman? If so, I would find it hard to believe robots like Wood Man would be able to make it through his own level (too many jumps and ladders - he'd never make it).
Here is something else to consider: As I am sure you all know, once Megaman defeats the robot master, he teleports out of the level. If Megaman can teleport, why does he bother going thorough the whole level in the first place? Why doesn't he just skip ahead to the final chamber and save himself some time?
