This is based on Opius's SANGA mod. This opens up the entire state in the beginning but not to the extreme as seen in SANGA. Instead of
adding all the stuff that removes the restrictions rewarded in future missions, I deleted the origin to save space. You will start with max respect,
max vehicle and weapons skills, max stamina and lung capacity, max gambling skills, and the whole state without blockades. Most interiors are
accessible with their icons on the map (except safehouses, you will have to unlock those). All non-mission properties are buyable from the start.
You can play basketball from the start. You start out with $500. All parked Karts, Vortexes, Combines, and Tractors are unlocked in the
beginning. The valet guys can be seen in the beginning. All of Easter Bay Airport's airplanes and helicopters are unlocked. The maximum wanted
level will start at 6. All mod garages are opened. You can access Area 69 anytime you want through the air vent. You can control the crane at
any time at Easter Basin. Trucking, Lowrider, Race Tournaments, Bike School, Boat School, Quarry, and the Import Export Crane will be
available in the beginning.

Once inside the interior, you can go back out through the door. If you fell out of the interior, a parachute will be equipped for you. You cannot
save while using this mod. Press the ACTION and YES buttons to view the places that you can enter. Press the GROUP CTRL FORWARD or
GROUP CTRL BACK buttons to scroll through the places. Press the ENTER button to select the place to spawn. This mod has the MultiMod
and Get High Mod combined in it so to activate those mods, you have to activate this mod. If you deactivate this mod, you cannot activate those
mods.

First activate the Hidden Interiors mod by pressing the ACTION and JUMP buttons. Now head over to the drainage canal south of Willowfield.
You cannot be on a mission while doing this. You will see six vehicles spawned there: Ambulance, Firetruck, Taxi, Boxville, Police, and
Broadway. Enter one of these vehicles to get the reward of that mission. Four weapons will spawn in that area: Spray Can, Camera, Desert
Eagle, and Molotov Cocktails. Pick one of those up to get the reward of a collectible. All these things are not required for 100% completion.

Most of the introduction to the game have been deleted. In "Ryder", the cutscene after cutting your hair is shortened. In "Tagging up Turf", when
Sweet drops you off in East Los Santos, Sweet will actually move to the driver's seat. In "Home Invasion", the doors of the Boxville will be gone.
Also in that mission, you can skip the introduction of the burglary mission. In "Cesar Vialpando", some of the cars have car texture mods. After
passing "Cesar Vialpando", the lowriders leaving Unity Station will actually have hydraulics. In "OG Loc", after picking up Jeffrey, the Glendale
will be the same one as before, not a fresh one. In "Wrong Side of the Tracks", Big Smoke can aim with 90% accuracy. In "Against All Odds",
the text of the sound going off will not appear. In "Doberman", you can skip the cutscenes introducing you to gang wars. Officer Hernandez will
not call you. In "Photo Opportunity", when Cesar drops you off, he will actually move to the driver's seat. For XBox users, there are no two-
player modes in the mod. In "Riot", Sweet's car will not spawn in Grove Street. In "Reuniting the Families", the time will not change at the end of the
mission. After you pass "Burglary" mission, the houses that you burgle will stay opened. In "Catalyst", at the end of the mission, Ryder will be off
his car instead of being stuck on it. In "Zeroing In", you can skip the introduction of the Wheels of Arch Angels. If you dance and beat the scores
2000, 3000, and 3500, you can dance a different and more challenging dance moves. You have to remain inside the room in order to keep that
dance move. When Sweet first calls you, there will be one extra line of audio that was removed by Rockstar. Starting a new game will be two
seconds faster. If you have the Hidden Interiors mod activated, the save icons unlocked later in the game will not show up until the mod is
deactivated. All "whilst" is changed to "while" so it can be American. In "Customs Fast Track", you can skip the scene introducing you to the
Import Export Crane. In "Lure", you will use the rare Rancher that was meant to be used in that mission. A money icon generating a million
dollars will appear near the Four Dragons Casino after "Fish in a Barrel". If the Gang Warfare mod is activated, you do not need to take over 35%
of the gang territories to unlock "End of the Line". The Savanna spawning in Wang's Autos glitch is fixed; now the Jester spawns there. All gym
cutscenes can be skipped. Wearing a cop uniform in police stations and impound lots will not give you a wanted level. You can skip the into to the
gym by pressing ENTER.

This is the biggest and most complex mod I have ever installed. This mod has so many features in it. First activate the Hidden Interiors mod. Then
press the ACTION and CROUCH buttons while on foot or press the SECONDARY FIRE and HORN buttons while in a vehicle to activate
this mod. Press the GROUP CTRL FORWARD or GROUP CTRL BACKWARD buttons while on foot or the NEXT RADIO STATION or
PREV RADIO STATION buttons while in a vehicle to select a mod. Here are the following features in this mod:
-Set Current Wanted Level
This sets the current wanted level. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from 0 to 6 stars.
-Set Maximum Wanted Level
This sets the maximum wanted level. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from 0 to 6 stars. This does not affect your current wanted level.
-Set Traffic Density
This sets the traffic density. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from 0 to 100 percent traffic. The settings you set can be altered by the game.
-Make Car Heavy
This makes your current car heavy. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from 0 (normal weight) to 1 (heavy weight).
-Set Cops Ignore CJ
This makes the cops ignore CJ, even when you have a wanted level. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from 0 (normal behavior) to 1 (cops
ignore you). The settings you set can be altered by the game.
-Set Everyone Ignore CJ
This makes everyone ignore CJ, including people during missions. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from 0 (normal behavior) to 1 (everyone
ignore you). The settings you set can be altered by the game.
-Choose Mission
This lets you choose any missions you want in the game. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from mission 2 to 134. Press the ACTION button
while on foot or the SECONDARY FIRE button while in a vehicle to select the mission. See Document.txt for the mission numbers.
-Enable Parachute
This lets you disable the parachute feature in San Andreas if you hate dying while in God Mode. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from 0
(disabled) to 1 (enabled)
-Change CJ's Stats
This lets you set your stats to any value. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from stat 0 to 257. Press the SPRINT button on foot or the
ACCELERATE button while in a vehicle to increase the stat settings. Press the FIRE button while on foot or the REVERSE button while in a
vehicle to decrease it. See Document.txt for the stat numbers.
-Set Current Time
This lets you set the current time in the game. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from 0:00 to 23:00. Press ACTION while on foot or
SECONDARY FIRE while in a vehicle to select the time.
-Weather adjuster
This lets you select any weather in San Andreas. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from 0 to 19. Press the ACTION button while on foot or
the SECONDARY FIRE button while in a vehicle to select the weather. You do not need to press those buttons if the Real Time mod is activated.

-Ped spawner
This lets you spawn any ped you want. Press the YES or NO buttons to select a ped ID from 9 to 332. Press the ACTION button while on
foot or the SECONDARY FIRE button while in a vehicle to spawn the ped. If you spawn too close to a ped you just spawned, that ped will
disappear. Press the ACTION and AIM buttons to become the ped you spawned. Press the CAMERA button to revert back to CJ. You can
view the names of the peds by holding the SPRINT button while scrolling through the list.
-Open car component
This lets you open all the car's components. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from 0 to 5. Press the SECONDARY FIRE button while in a
vehicle to open the car's component. This will not work while you are on foot.
-Gamespeed adjuster
This sets the speed of the game. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from 10 (damn slow) to 200 (super fast) percent. The settings you set can
be altered by the game.
-Toggle Easter Basin Naval Base S.A.M. missile
This lets you toggle the S.A.M. missiles at the Easter Basin Naval Base. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from 0 (off) to 1 (on).
-Toggle military wanted level
This lets you toggle the military zones wanted level. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from 0 (on) to 1 (off).
-Toggle gang war
This lets you toggle the gang wars. Press the YES or NO buttons to go from 0 (off) to 1 (on).
-Toggle Los Santos riot (0 and 1, 0=off, 1=on)

-Object spawner
You can spawn any generic objects from 615 to 2872. The objects will disappear if you are too far from the object. You can carry most objects
by standing next to it while pressing the ENTER button.
-Add money
You can add or subtract your cash. The number on the left is the amount of money to increment by pressing the YES or NO buttons and the
number on the right is the amount of money to be added by pressing the SPRINT or subtracted by pressing the FIRE buttons. Press the
ACTION button to add the money.
-Car's health adjuster
This adjusts the car's health. Press the YES or NO buttons to adjust it and press the SECONDARY FIRE button to select it. If the car starts
burning, you have five second to raise the car's health or get out. The car's health can be saved through God Mode.
-Set car's hydraulics
This sets the car's hydraulics. This also works with planes and helicopters. The setting can be saved through God mode.
-Set car's nitros
This sets the car's nitros. Set the number to 1 by pressing the YES button and then press the FIRE button to activate the nitros. You can turn on
and off the nitros anytime you want.
-Set CJ's clothes
This sets CJ's clothes. Press the YES or NO buttons to scroll through the type of clothes and press the SPRINT button to see a selection of
clothes available in the game. You cannot use this feature while on a mission and you cannot start missions with this feature on.
-Timer Control
This lets you control any timer in the game. Press the YES or NO button to select increasing or decreasing the timer. Press the ACTION button
while on foot or the SECONDARY FIRE button while in a vehicle to increase or decrease it.
-Animation Chooser
There are 15 animations to choose from. Press the YES or NO button to select the number and press the ACTION button to select the
animation. Press the JUMP button to end the animation.

This can make you survive a parachute landing by letting you slowly fall down to the ground if you have a parachute on. Select 0 for the default
parachute. Select 1 for the weak parachute. You cannot select the numbers while on a mission.
-Enable Beach Party
Select 1 while not on a mission and not within 200 meters of beach party area for a beach party from the mission "Life's a Beach."
-Car spawner
This will let you spawn almost all the vehicles you want. Press the YES or NO buttons to select a car ID from 400 to 611 (see Document.txt for
the names of the ID). Press the ACTION button while on foot or the SECONDARY FIRE button while in a vehicle to spawn the vehicle. If you
spawn too close to a vehicle you just spawned, that vehicle will disappear. Press the AIM button while on foot to remotely control the vehicle you
spawned. Press the ENTER button to exit the remote control. You can view the names of the vehicles by holding the SPRINT button while
scrolling through the list.
To deactivate this mod, press the ACTION and CROUCH buttons while on foot or the SECONDARY FIRE and HORN buttons in a vehicle.
You cannot save while using this mod. There are some stuff in the game that resets certain mods so you might have to set certain mods again.
Please disable this mod when you do missions. The Hidden Interiors Mod and Get High Mod does not work if this is activated.

If you are in Los Santos, San Fierro, or Las Venturas, press the GROUP CTRL FORWARD and YES buttons to show a selection menu
and choose a car. After that, a vehicle will drive toward CJ, indicated by the green blip in the radar. Press CROUCH to enter it as a passenger.
Press HORN to show a selection menu to choose where to drive to. Read the in-game instructions. Press SECONDARY FIRE to be in drive-by
mode. Press SECONDARY FIRE again to get back as passenger. Press HANDBRAKE to stop the vehicle. Press HORN to make the vehicle
move again. Press NO to slow down and press YES to speed up. To exit the driving part of the mod, press the GROUP CTRL FORWARD
and NO buttons.
While in the driving part of the mod, you can call for backup by pressing the SUBMISSION button. They will act as your regular homies. The
driving part of the mod will end if the driver is killed, not in the vehicle, or the vehicle is wrecked.
Press the YES and ACTION keys to call in a helicopter. It will land near you. Press CROUCH to enter it as passenger. Press HOVER to show
a selection menu to choose where to land the helicopter. Read the in-game instructions. Press SECONDARY FIRE to show a menu to choose
which weapon you want to shoot with. Read the in-game instructions. Press YES to get back into passenger. Press NO to exit the helicopter
and stand on the platform. Press YES to get back into passenger. Press HANDBRAKE to stop the helicopter. The helicopter will disappear if
you are too far from it or if you enter an interior. To exit the flying part of the mod, press the ACTION and NO buttons. Press the NO and

One obvious thing in this mod is not to activate any of these features during any cutscenes unless you want to mess up the game. You can save the
game with my mod and reload that save with the same version of my mod that you saved with. If you do not know which keys pressed belong to
which buttons on your keyboard or joypad, look at your keyboard configuration in the options menu in the game. If you want to find something
in my ReadMe, press CTRL and F at the same time and type the word or words that you want to search. The only site that can host this mod is
GTAGarage.com. If you see other people hosting or redistributing this mod outside GTAGarage and GTAForums, please tell that person to stop
and remove all out-dated versions of my mod from their site. This mod is meant for the PC version but it will work in the XBox version. Because
of this, the XBox version might have more unexpected glitches or crashes that cannot be reproduced in the PC version.

If you "climb" in front of a vehicle, you might get merged into it or the vehicle disappears
GTA2 Camera will be a little jumpy
When you spawn the RC Tiger in remote mode, do not press the FIRE button
Spawning bikes or boats in remote mode does not let those vehicles be remotely controlled
Weird things can happen if you start a mission when you are not suppose to start it
Adjusting certain stats in the game can make the game weird
Spawning too much objects or peds in one place will crash the game
Sometimes changing into a ped make you uncontrollable
The MultiMod and Coordinates mod interferes with some text in the game
