So...for the last month or so, i've been dl'ing iso's from this site, and figured i could at least sign up for the forums and confirm that they worked for me, and maybe post a little review or something. I'd upload myself, but of the 30 or so games i own you guys have already uploaded EVERY one of them lol. Maybe i'll rent a few or something. Anyways...This one worked like a charm, no problems at all. It was really boring, however  .Pro's: A good amount of characters to choose from The graphics were slick for such a small dl size. The fighting itself was represented rather brutally, i found myself wincing a little every time someone landed a clean punch. Cons: The fights were typically over within 15-20 seconds. I'd be ready to throw the controller when i finally dropped my opponent, sitting on his chest wailing on his face with elbows, and the fight would end before i knew what happened because of an un-reverseable counter submission. Collision was WAY off to say the least. You can land a kick with a good 12 inches between your foot and his face. Severe lack of depth. Anyway...The game was decent, but wasn't my thing. UFC fans will most likely enjoy it for a while, and those of you looking for a small download to stick on a cdrw or to pass the time, this is a game worth the download. But if you're looking for a good fighting game to play with friends, check elsewhere. Soul Calibur and Dead or Alive are great forxbox. |
