This is a tool I found on the 'net that will scan a skin's font.xml file and increase/decrease all the fonts in it by a fixed amount. Just extract it, place your font.xml file into it's folder. Open cmd.exe and change directory into the xfontsize folder. run xfontsize font.xml X (where x is a positive or negative number that you would like to change the font size by.) Copy the font.xml back into the skin folder. I found this extremely useful for some of my xbmc4xbox skins, on a SD tv... since it seems they're all being created for HDTV now and the fonts are nearly unreadable on SD tvs.
