I can't extract the .iso file it says CRC integrity test failed? any one know how to fix this?

Can someone tell me why this RAR file can not be extracted by jzip or extract frog?

I am having trouble with the volume. Has anyone else had this problem? I used a FTP to transfer the game files to my HD. Would a DVD-R be a better option?
