| Anybody get this to fully work from the hard drive? I'm running UnleashX and ripped it with DVD2XBOX. I thought it was working but when my GF tried to start a new game, it got through the intro cutscene, got to the loading screen, almost all the way done, then said there's a problem with the disc you're using. If I run from the (burned) DVD, or even have the DVD in the drive, it works. Also, if you start from a saved game it works, without the DVD, but when you quit game it give the disc error. I tried patching defalut.xbe with QWIX but it didn't help. Two things I can think of to try still: Take the default.xbe_original, patch it with QWIX and put it back as default.xbe, or disable the auto patching in UnleashX. I'm guessing i thought it was working because when I first burned it, I booted the disc, started the game and created a save file, then when I ripped it and ran from the HDD it already had a saved game. Anyway, I gave it 5 stars because my GF played it for 4 hours straight last night and still has plenty left to go. | ||

| this one might be like 007 everything or nothing and need to patch a file. the game program probably has the xbox search the d: drive for a file and and when it doesnt find it, it gets stuck searching for a file that isnt there.you can confirm or debunk this by listening to your xbox while you play from the hdd if you hear it access the dvd drive and then it freezes,i could be wrong.maybe its something else. either way play from disk until a patch is available. | ||

| to get this to work on the hard drive you must open the FATX file erase EVERYTHING then save it and it will work fine... ( for those who dont know how to open the FATX file u can use flashxp left click one it and select view there you can edit it right before you transfer it over) | ||
