Required PC Applications: All are available here in the Tools category under Downloads
WinRAR
C-XBox Tool
FlashFXP

(Feel free to use similar applications but these are just what I use personally)

=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=

BE SURE ALL APPS ARE INSTALLED BEFORE CONTINUING

=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=

1. Download the game you want to transfer, if more than one part exist, download them all.
(Highly recommend becoming a premium member for faster downloads)

2. After parts are downloaded, create a folder anywhere on your system that is completely empty, name it whatever you please.

3. Open the first file, after installing WinRAR they should automatically open with the program.

4. Near the top of the window click the button labeled "Extract to", navigate to the folder you just created, and click "Ok".

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each part downloaded of the same game. (NOTE: because the iso's will probably be named the same thing, append a 2 at the end of part2's file name and a 3 on part 3 and so on.)

6. Now that you have 3 .iso files in the same folder we need to get them out of iso format, Open C-XBox Tool

7. On the top left hand side click "ISO Extraction", then near the bottom click "Add"

8. Under ISO-File extract navigate to your iso files and select the first one and click "Open"

9. Then under Target Folder Navigate to a folder you would like to keep your downloaded games before copying to the xbox. (I recommend an empty folder)

10. Check Make sub-folder named to Title, this will cause a folder within the folder you chose to be created, this folder is the one you will be transferring to your xbox.

11. Click "Ok" and then click "start" it will then begin extracting the files. Once it is finished the folder you chose as the "Target Folder" will contain a folder named after your Iso. the other parts of the Iso were automatically extracted as well since they were linked and correctly labeled.

12. Now open Flash FXP, On top of the right-hand window click the lightning bolt with the tooltip "connect"

13. Make sure your xbox is ON and at the dashboard with FTP enabled (most likely it is by default)

14. Click "Quick Connect" in the drop-down of FlashFXP and Fill the information as follows:

Server or Url: your xbox's IP address(found under network or status settings on your dashboard)
Port: 21 (also default, also found in network settings)
User name: xbox (username and password are set to xbox/xbox by default on most dashboards)
password: xbox (username and password are set to xbox/xbox by default on most dashboards)

15. click "connect" you should see a lot messages flow through the bottom right window and no you can see your xbox's file library in the upper right window.

16. navigate to E/Games (Be aware some games are larger than others and will need the proper amount of available space)

17. On the left side navigate to the folder containing the Iso you extracted, be SURE you select the folder containing all the files, for example,

> John
> Documents
> Xbox games
> Halo 2 <--------SELECT THIS FOLDER, do not open it.
> maps
> bink
> default.xbe
> etc.
> etc.

18. After selecting the folder, Click the icon on top of the left window tooltipped "Transfer Selected", it will transfer that folder and every file in it, it could take quite a few minutes depending on the game, once finished it will say it in the bottom right window and a pop-up will inform you of completion.

19. click the disconnect icon (disconnected cables on top of the right hand window.

20. You are done =D restart your xbox and then go to your games and the game you transferred will be on your harddrive =D

If someone would like to better format this tutorial or pointout mistakes please feel free.
(i left out a few shortcuts to simplify the process)

I couldnt find a tut like this one so i decided to make one, and i wanted to pitch in so hopefully someone uploads psi-ops XD haha,.

=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=/=

Enjoy =D

if you are running unleashx you can just hit the start button while you are at the games section and it will bring up a menu that will allow you to refresh and it will pick up any new games... hope it helps ^_^

darkgarb555: In order to even make the transfer, you'll need a modded xbox (I lucked up and purchased an ebay set with the "magic" Mechwarrior disc). Softmodding is easiest, in my opinion.

Great Tutorial!!! I use Poweriso to extract the Iso to the folder. BTW Poweriso works great when burning on a disc too... my HW-modded xbox doesn't mind anyway...
