How to Download, Extract and Burn games download from XBOXiSOZONE

First of all, Thanks for visiting the site, I'm sure you'll stick around

Downloading A Game

If you are a subscriber, use the 'Fast Download' links, if not use the 'Slow Download' links.
Depending on the game, you may have to download up to 4 files or even just one.

Extracting
Once you have downloaded all of the files for the game, you need to extract it from its RAR archive (like a ZIP archive)
To do so, you will need WinRar [http://www.rarlabs.com]

Right click the first file, usually *part1.rar, and select 'extract here'

It will extract a .iso image, which you will need to burn using imgburn (my preffered FREE burner

)

Burning

Open imgburn, select burn from image, point it to your extracted .ISO file and burn, simple as that

	When a game has two parts to it do you unrar them and change the name of one and burn them to 2 different discs?

	When a game has more than one part, openthe first part and it should ask for thew second when you try to extract it. I will use playboy mansion as an example(even though it only has one part FAIL) I would make a folder on desktop called "PBM XBOX" and then extract part one to there. When it asks for part two direct the thingy dooda to part 2.rar or whatever it is. Then just continue as normal.

	Hey Guys, when extracting multiple rar files for the same iso, keep your Ctrl key pressed down while carefully selecting all the rar files and then right click one of the selected files, and then select 'extract here'. You should then end up with 1 iso. Be careful not to drag a file while having Ctrl pressed as this may drag a file and copy it into spare space within the folder.

	Do it slowly, make sure that your mouse pointer remains still over each rar file when you select and release the left mouse button before moving on to the next rar while you have the ctrl pressed down

	When all files are extracted, and in 1 folder together, remember to only select the small .img or .mds file for burning, the other data files will follow during burning process

	J_ROC, are you using the right extracting program? rar files cannot be unzipped, but unpacked with a program such as winrar or 7zip

	i followed the tutorial carefully(it's not that hard actually) and after i burn the iso and then i play it on my xbox(mine is modified already) it keeps saying " Your Xbox can't recognize this disc".

	I recommend using Alcohol 120% for image burning. and branded dvd+r dual layer.

	Moose1851, I've downloaded from this torrent http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/3410449/Xbox_-_RLT_-_Jet_Set_Radio_Future. It bring the covers (dvd and case), a iso file and a *.lyt file (that says that is the layout) On the comments they say that if we burn it all together works. But I don't know how to do that. PS-my English isn't good, sorry!!

	Hi im new to this so hope my question is not to fusrating.i have xtreme mod on my xbox360 i do as above all ok but when i put game in and press play i get the xbox logo for a few secs and then it says"This original xbox gameis not supported on your xbox360 console.An update may be available for mo info go to www.xbox.com/games. 	Everyone that is getting the "The Xbox Cannont read this disk" trying booting up your custom dashboard (ie. UnleashX) and then insert the burned ISO disk. My xbox boots like normal if I leave a game in the tray when it starts, so booting to custom dash lets it read burned disks. BTW I use the cheap Memorex DVD+R when burn ISO's

	I got my games running! if you used generic blank dvds it will ruin your lens because Xbox has a very sensitive lens unlike the PS2.

	Ive never heard of any blank media ruining the xbox lens?? Its true that the xbox can be picky about what media you use tho. Diffrent boxs like diffrent brands. As a rule always use DVD-R, and perhaps buy a pack of mixed brand DVD-R's from somewhere like SVP and experiment to see what brand your box prefers. The brand ive had most success with is bulkpaq, they work on all 3 of my boxes. Always burn at slow speeds 4x or less and i would recommend DVD Decrypter to burn with.

	I have sort of question I downloaded a game on Xbox Ones so I unrolled it over with winrar and extract my iso I burned it and did not take my xbox and this too when I unpacked the ISO and burn the files so we do not take it too xbox so I need help how do make the game work we said he's only played PAL and the game is in PAL for assistance please advice I would appreciate any advice.

	Sorry Lukkaczekk, are you saying you extracted the iso and burned the folders? If so it wont work, the folders within the iso would only work if ftp'd to the xbox. If you burned the iso could you give me a little more info, have you had success with any other games from this site, is your box hard or soft modded and what media are you burning with. Hopefully i will be able to help.

	I am a game downloaded from http://xboxgamesrp.blogspot.com/2009/03/mafia-ntsc-u-237gb.html PAL format, and extracted the iso and burn anything we wrote it your xbox can't recognize this disc make sure it's an xbox game dvd movie or audio cd also check to see if the disc is dirty or damaged remove the disc to continue I have an xbox for the first time about 2 months I bought it on the internet and play them on dvd-r and I have no experience with them but the original game, and we'll take that game, I burned through nero

	Modded? Easy way to tell is have a look at your dashboard. If your box is modded it should be running something like xbox media center, unleashx or avalaunch. If its not have a look at this tutorial: http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/xbox-tutorials-183.html and softmod it yourself. Its pretty easy and there are other methods that you might prefer, just do a quick google search for xbox softmodding. Hope this helps

	A layerbreak is not something that should concern anyone unless using Dual Layer discs.

	Excellent tutorial. Just soft-modded my dusty xbox a week ago. Found one of my kids' favorite old games and put it on tonight using UnleashX dashboard and imgburn which was flawless. Thanks!
