Hi I've ran into several ISO's uploaded on here that were clarified as NTSC and when I'm ready to UNrar, UNzip, etc they read as PAL. Besides the fact that people need to do a better job knowing what region the ISO comes from, I would like to know for myself what is the difference between NTSC % PAL region games? Does one game include something that the other one doesn't? I am very curious to know just so I don't have to be picky when selecting NTSC games only. Thanks
